SpeakSolo ("we," "our," or "us") is operated by TAKE A Inc. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the SpeakSolo mobile application.

- Audio recordings: When you use the speaking practice feature, your voice is recorded and sent to our servers for AI analysis. Recordings are processed and are not stored permanently.
- Usage data: We collect data about how you use the app, including session duration, features used, and learning progress.
- Account information: Email address used to create your account.
- Device information: Device type, operating system version, and app version for diagnostics.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide AI-powered pronunciation and grammar feedback
- To track your learning progress and personalize coaching
- To improve our AI models and app quality
- To send you learning reminders and progress updates (with your consent)
- To provide customer support
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate SpeakSolo:
- OpenAI / Anthropic: AI language analysis for pronunciation and grammar feedback
- Supabase: Database and authentication infrastructure
- Deepgram: Speech-to-text transcription
- Stripe: Payment processing (for paid plans)
- Resend: Transactional email delivery
Each third party has its own privacy policy. We share only the minimum data necessary to provide our service.
4. Data Retention
Audio recordings are processed in real time and not stored beyond the duration required for analysis. Usage and progress data is retained for the duration of your account. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit and encryption at rest for all stored data.
6. Children's Privacy
SpeakSolo is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Withdraw consent at any time
